From Piri With Love...

Editor: Francine Litz

This cookbook was written in memory of my mother, Piri Freilich. Born in Czechoslovakia and a lived through many concentration camps and finally Auschwicz, she raised a family with two children in a Jewish Orthodox home. Here are the family recipes that we ate at our table, especially on Shabbos (the Sabbath) and Yom Toviim (holidays). 100% of the proceeds from the sale fo this cookbook will be donated to LevLaLev - Heart to Heart - a girls orphanage in Israel, as per my mother's wishes.
