Chicken Tortellini

Ingredients:
1 package frozen tortellini
3-4 chicken breasts
1/2 C. butter
1 C. heavy cream
1 C. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Marinated artichoke hearts, optional
Peas, optional
Pine nuts, optional
Bacon or ham cubes, optional
Chopped baby spinach, optional
Directions:
Boil water. Add tortellini, according to package directions. Drain into colander and finish sauce. Rinse with warm water and toss with a little oil in a bowl if its going to be a while.In the mean time, add some olive oil to a large frying pan, add chicken breasts, season, put on lid for six minutes, turn and cover for six minutes more. Cut into bite size pieces, but cook a little longer if needed. Remove meat from pan and add, butter, melt then add Parmesan and cream, stirring until combined, add chicken and whatever other optional ingredients that sound good to you. Enjoy!
