2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp reduced-fat sour cream
1 tbsp pure honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1-1/2 tsp olive oil
1 avocado, cut in half, pitted but not peeled
1 half-pints raspberries (3 cups)
6 oz mixed greens
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, whisk lemon juice, sour cream, honey, Dijon and 1/8 tsp each salt and pepper. Stir in poppy seeds. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 day.

Grill chicken.

In bowl, toss raspberries with1 tbsp dressing.

In large bowl, toss greens with remaining dressing; divide among plates. Top with raspberries, chicken, avocado and almonds.
