2 (14.5 oz each) cans of stewed tomatoes
1 (16oz) can tomato paste
4 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, minced (I always add more)
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
6 Tbsp. evoo
1/3 cup finely diced onions
1/2 cup white wine (dry)

- In a food processor, place first 7 ingredients, and blend until smooth.

- In a large skillet over medium heat, saute onions in evoo for 2 minutes. Add blended tomato sauce and white wine.

- Simmer for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
