2 Tablespoons of plain oatmeal
1 banana (works better if frozen)
2 Tablespoons of peanut butter
1/2 cup milk
5 ice cubes
A few dashes of cinnamon (optional)

Directions:

Put oatmeal in blender and blend it for about 10 seconds

Add banana, peanut butter, milk and ice

Blend again until smooth
