1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 Teaspoons granulated sugar
1/4 Cup of water
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1/3 Cup Red Wine vinegar
1/4 Tablespoons Salt
1-1/4 Cup vegetable oil
Fresh ground pepper
1 pinch dried oregano
1 pinch red pepper flakes

Directions:
In medium mixing bowl, combine mustard, sugar, water, garlic, vinegar and salt. Whisk until combined. Whisk in oil in thin stream. Add pepper and oregano; whisk to combine. Adjust seasoning to taste, adding more sugar or garlic if necessary.
