For Sauce:
1 cup olive oil
3/4 cup clarified butter
1/2 cup liquid brown sugar
2 Tablespoons Worchestershire
3 bay leaves
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup & plus 2 Tablespoons Vermouth
1/2 cup plus 1 teaspoon oregano leaves
1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon thyme leaves
1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground rosemary
1-1/2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
3/4 teaspoons poultry seasoning
Large Shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and stir well.

To prepare shrimp - peel large shrimp (6 per person)
Place in metal or broiler-safe pan.
Pour sauce over shrimp.
Place shrimp under direct broiler heat in your oven for 5 - 7 minutes
Serve
