Package of lentils
½ - 1 cup uncooked brown rice
Medium onion, diced
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cover lentils in about 2 inches of water and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes
While the lentils cook, saute onion in olive oil (or Pam)

At the end of 30 minutes add chicken bouillon cubes, rice, onion, salt and pepper

Continue cooking over low heat until rice is soft. May need to add more water if gets to dry.

You can cut this recipe in half. A full package of lentils will make a lot.
