Ingredients:
Sugar Cookie Mix
8 oz bar of Softened Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
1/2 container of Cook Whip
Fresh Fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Use your favorite Sugar Cookie Mix and prepare according to directions on the package / or your favorite sugar cookie recipe.
Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray (I use the kind that has flour already in it).
Spread cookie mixture evenly onto cookie sheet and bake according to directions on package.
I used Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie mix and baked at 375 for 12 minutes.

For topping, mix an 8 oz bar of softened cream cheese, ½ cup powdered sugar and ½ teaspoon of vanilla until blended. Sift the powdered sugar to avoid lumps. Mix in ½ container of cool whip until smooth – add more cool whip as needed for taste or texture you want.

After cookie has cooled, evenly cover it with topping mixture. Add fresh fruits as you desire. Refrigerator until ready to serve.
