1/2 Lb.egg Fettuccine pasta
1/2 Lb. green Fettuccine pasta
1 stick of butter
3 thick slices of Prosciutto
1 small package of frozen peas (or less)
1 Cup half & half
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 Cup Parmesan cheese
pinch of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 375º

Boil noodles until al dente.
Butter large pasta dish and once noodles are cooked, put the noodles in the buttered dish and toss so pasta does not stick.
In a sauce pan, melt butter.
Add Prosciutto to pan and cook for about 3-5 minutes.
Lower heat and add half & half, peas, egg yolks and nutmeg and stir.
Cook for about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and add cheese
Pour sauce over pasta and toss.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
Remove pasta and add additional Parmesan cheese and serve

Personal Notes:
This is a wonderful winter dish! I will sometimes add half heavy cream and half of the half & half. It makes it much creamier. Also, add peas to your tasting. I also double this recipe for leftovers. Pasta is always better leftover.
