1 head green cabbage
1 large carrot
8 radishes
1 small red onion
¾ c. mayonnaise
½ c. Buttermilk
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1½ tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seeds
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
1 pinch cayenne pepper

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, radishes, and onion.

In a medium bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Add more cayenne, if desired.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 1 day before serving.

Tip: After tossing, refrigerate mayonnaise-based slaws at least an hour (and up to a day) to ensure that the flavors blend before serving.
