1 stick of butter
2 cloves of garlic
1 can of V-8 juice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Parmesan cheese
Salt & Pepper, to tasre

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large pot over medium heat. Once butter is slightly browning, add whole smashed garlic cloves and cinnamon. Cook for a few minutes. Add V-8 juice and simmer for 30 minutes. Cook pasta al dente. Add pasta to sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.

Note: You can also add Feta Cheese before serving. Other ingredients could be: fresh parsley, Greek olives, or small sliced sauted tomatoes.
