Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 1/4 cups thinly sliced fennel bulb
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 tablespoons thinly sliced celery
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon diced jalapeno pepper
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon table salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and toss together.
Chill until ready to serve.
