2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. small curd cottage cheese
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach as directed on package. Drain well, squeezing out any excess water. Add remaining ingredients to spinach. Mix well. Pour into greased 2-qt. casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese on top.
