4 tsp white vinegar
1/4 cup white granulated sugar
1/4 tsp dry mustard (or 3/4 tsp yellow mustard)
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup mayonnaise (I use reduced fat Duke's)
24 ounces shredded cabbage/carrot mix (also called coleslaw mix)
1/8 tsp black pepper (optional)*

Directions:
Directions:
Using a medium bowl, add vinegar, sugar, mustard and salt; whisk until completely combined. Add mayonnaise and whisk until completely combined.

Add cabbage mix; fold gently into the sauce mixture until completely coated.

Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
