First Layer:
1 Twin Size Box of Stuffing
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1 Cup of Water
Second Layer:
2 1/2 Cup Cooked cut-up chicken
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
1/2 Cup Celery
1/4 Cup Green Pepper
3/4 tsp. Salt
3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cup Milk
3rd Layer:
1 Can Water, 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 Cup Mozzerella Cheese

Directions:

Mix all first layer ingredients and toss until moist. Put 1/2 mixture in the bottom of a greased 11 x 17 pan
Second Layer: Combine chicken, onion, celery, green pepper, mayo and salt. Place on top of stuffing in the pan. Top with the rest of the stuffing. Beat eggs and milk. Pour over ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
3rd Layer: Combine soup and water and pour over the pan one hour before serving the dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes covered. Then another 15 minutes uncovered. Sprinkle the dish with cheese and bake for 10 minutes longer uncovered.
