I/2 kilo minced meat
1 chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1-2 c. chopped spinach
2-3 eggs
sliced mushrooms - optional

Directions:
Brown meat, onion and garlic. Add spinach and seasoning. Cook 5 minutes. Beat eggs, add and stir until set. Good to eat with pita bread as stuffing.
