1 lb. ground beef,
1 can kidney beans, drained, 1 onion diced,
1 head lettuce torn in pieces,
4 tomatoes cut up,
4 oz mild cheddar cheese,
8 oz. French or 1000 island dressing,
6 oz. bag tortilla chips.
1 avocado cut up, optional, but I love it.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, drain. Add salt and drained kidney beans. keep hot. when ready to serve, toss lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cheese and avocado. Add dressing. Mix in meat mixture and tortilla chips, which have been broken in bits.
