chicken breasts
Swiss cheese slices
sour cream
cream of chicken soup
white cooking sherry
stick of butter
box of chicken flavored Stove Top Stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and cover them with Swiss cheese slices. Mix together 1/4 cup of white cooking sherry, equal amounts of sour cream and cream of chicken soup. (Enough to totally cover the chicken.)

Bake at 325º for 11/2 hours.

Melt stick of butter and mix it into the Stove Top Stuffing. Sprinkle mixture over the chicken and bake for another 30 minutes.

This is a delicious casserole. I serve it over rice. While it may seem to be a long time to bake the chicken, it does not dry out because it is totally covered with the sauce, and the baking temperature is only 325.
