1 pound ground turkey
1 envelope of chili seasoning
V8 Juice
1 sm. onion, diced
2 ribs celery, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the turkey, and drain the grease. Simmer the diced vegetables covered with water, then add the browned turkey. Add the envelop of seasoning, and a can of V8 juice. Add 3-4 cans of french style green beans, to make it as thick as you like.

My family LOVES this chili. They prefer the green beans to kidney beans!
