1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
4 8-inch flour tortillas
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 tbsp. chocolate shavings, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on each tortilla. Sprinkle 1/4 cup marshmallows and 2 tablespoons chocolate chips on half of each tortilla. Roll up, beginning with top side. Wrap each tortilla in foil, seal tightly. Grill, covered on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes, until heated through. Unwrap tortillas and place on dessert plates. Serve with ice cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings.

Yield: 4 servings

This recipe is from South Carolina Living, September 2009. Jessica Killian and I named this El Niņo when we made it while we were telling a story about a weather video we watched in fifth grade. We usually make this in the oven rather than on the grill. Whipped cream can be used instead of ice cream.
