1/2 cup butter
6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips/pieces
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups sugar
5 3/4 oz evaporated milk
10 large marshmallows
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Butter an 8x8” square glass baking dish. Set aside.

Combine butter, chocolate pieces and vanilla in a medium bowl. Set aside.

In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and marshmallows. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and cook 6 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pour hot mixture over ingredients in bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until fudge is thick and dull in color. ( doesn’t take very long). Stir in nuts.

Pour into buttered baking dish.

Refrigerate.
