DRUNK SQUIRREL

Ingredients:
Flour
Salt & Pepper
Three (3) Squirrels, cut in pieces
Oil
Two (2) Cans of Beer (Your Choice)
2 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Black Pepper
Directions:
Salt and pepper squirrel and dredge in flour. Brown in oil. Place in casserole dish. Pour beer over meat and sprinkle with cumin and black pepper. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours or until tender.
