Chocolate pot

Ingredients:
300ml single cream
300ml milk
225g plain chocolate
1 egg
4tbsp caster sugar
150ml double cream
Directions:
~Pour in a pan cream, milk chocolate and stir till the chocolate has melted, remove from the heat and cool for 10 minutes
~Beat egg, egg yolks and sugar until combined
~Gradually stir in the chocolate mixture, strain into a jug divide the mix into 6 ramekins
~Put in a pan with water, cover and cook till set
