¼ Lb Butter
¼ Cup of Ricotta
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Sugar
2 Cups of Sifted Flour
½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
½ Teaspoon of Salt
Let butter soften. Blend ricotta until creamy.
Add vanilla mix well. Add sugar gradually
beating until well blended. Add egg and mix well.
Slowly stir in dry ingredients and blend well.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 minutes in a 350º to 375º oven.
