We can't replace the books and recipes that were lost when Pinz burned down on June 4, 2026. We CAN, however, share our own Granmother's recipes to show our support and thanks for all that Casey and PINZ has given to our community over the years. This community cookbook is dedicated to Casey & his PINZ crew.

1 quart Mayo
3 cups Sour Cream
1 pound Chopped Spinach (chopped)
1 pound cream cheese (softened)
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Tablespoon salt free seasoning - Mrs. K's or Mrs. Dash
pinch of pepper & salt
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
Directions:
Mix together and heat or serve cold
