Editor: Kim Toogood

Eating Starch Free is not a diet. It is a delicious healthy lifestyle change!!

5 years ago I made the choice to GET HEALTHY. I lost 180 lbs simply by eating healthy and exercising. I have also assisted numerous friends reach their health goals by sharing what I did.

After 5 years of living healthy I was faced with another challenge. My partner was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondilitis. There is no cure for Ankylosing Spondilytis only the ability to control pain with a STARCH FREE eating plan and exercise. This has been the healthiest we have felt in years!!

We are healthy, happy and eating delicious food every day. We all deserve to eat healthy food that tastes great!

Eating starch free may assist in weight loss and weight management. Eating starch free may also aide in the reduction or even elimination of pain and discomfort for those suffering from:

Ankylosing Spondilitis
Arthritis
Irritable Bowl Syndrome (IBS)
Other digestive and joint problems

Starch free eating does not mean compromising of taste or denying yourself treats. It is simply another way to eat healthy.

Enjoy this collection of recipes I have created to accommodate our lifestyle.
