4 cups mashed potatoes
2 eggs
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp. onion flakes
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and form into patties. Fry in hot greese or oil. Left over mashed potatoes work real well in these and helps use up leftovers. Bacon fat used to fry them helps add to the flavor.
