1 c. unsalted butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins
3 c. quick oats, uncooked

Directions:

Preheat oven 350º. Beat sugars and butter until creamy and light. Add eggs and vanilla. Set aside. Mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves together. Add flour mixture to whipped butter mix. Stir in pecans and oats. Drop 3 inches apart and bake 11 minutes until set.
