1- box duncan hines yellow cake mix.
1 egg
1- stick butter , softened

Mix and press into 9 by 13 pan.

Mix: 1- pkg ( 8 oz ) cream cheese , softened
1- lb. box confectionery sugar.
2- eggs.

Pour over top of cake mixture.
Bake in 350 deg. oven for 30 min.
Cut in squares
