1 to 1 1/2 tspns. ground red pepper (cayenne)
2 cups dry-roasted peanuts

Heat oil in 10 inch skillet over medium heat. Stir in red pepper.

Stir in peanuts. Cook about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until evenly coated and hot. Cool slightly. Serve warm or cool.
