1 egg
Cracker meal
Cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice cucumber lengthwise and place slices in salted water for ½ hour. Remove from water, dip in beaten egg and cracker meal and fry in deep hot oil. Drain on paper towels before serving.
