1 quart oysters and liquid
Soda crackers
2 cups cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place 1/2 inch layer of coarsely crushed soda crackers in bottom of deep, buttered casserole dish.
Put in layer of oysters seasoned with salt and pepper. Add bits of butter, and cream.
Sprinkle with another layer of crushed crackers.
Bake 45-50 minutes at 350º.
