3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
14 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 cups milk
1 grated Hershey bar

Directions:
Combine butter, flour and nuts, mix well and press into 13 x 9" baking pan. Bake at 250º for 30 minutes or until light brown. Let cool. Combine cream cheese, sugar and 3/4 of Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust and chill. Mix puddings with milk. Spread over cream cheese layer. Take remaining Cool Whip and top evenly over pudding. Shave Hershey bar over top for garnish. Refrigerate.
