1 lb crawfist tails, 6 oz. cream cheese, 3/4 c. real butter, 3 green onions chopped, dry Creole seasoning to taste, large package of Vermicelli or thin spaghetti pasta

Clean crawfish (or buy frozen crawfish tails -- already cleaned), place in microwave-safe bowl with next 4 ingredients. Microwave on High for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir. Repeat 3 times. Toss with pasta (cooked according to package. Serve immediately. To prepare ahead of time, make as directed above, pour into casserole dish and bake at 325º until warm.
