2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
3 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbs. butter or margarine.
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbs. milk
1 small jar of diced olives (opt)
1-8 oz. can of Pillsbury crescent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°. Blend cream cheese and 2 Tbs margarine until smooth. Add 2 cups of cubed cooked chicken, tsp salt, pepper, milk, and small jar of diced olives. Mix well.
- Separate 8 oz. can of Pillsbury crescent rolls into 4 rectangles. Seal the perforations. Spoon 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture into the center of rectangle.
- Pull 4 corners of dough together at the top and seal. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle on Italian flavored bread crumbs. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
