1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter
1 cup light brown sugar
Fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup pecans halves
1/4 cup Maraschino cherries, halved

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake as directed on package. Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Belt butter and pour into pan, spread brown sugar evenly over butter. Arrange peach slices over the brown sugar. Arrange pecan half's and cherries (cut side up) in spaces between peaches.

Bake 350º 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Turn over and remove from pan while still hot.

Serve warm or cold with Kool Whip.
