1 large head of cabbage, shredded
3 medium carrots, shredded
1 medium green pepper, shredded
1 small onion, shredded
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. cider vinegar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine cabbage, carrots, green peppers and onion. Add sugar; toss to coat. In a sauce pan combine vinegar, oil, salt, mustard and celery seed. Bring to a boil. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for atleast 2 hours before serving.
