1-2 heads of cabbage, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. small onion, chopped
1 med to large carrot, chopped
2 c. mirical whip light
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix together cabbage, green pepper, onion and carrot. In a seperate bowl mix miracle whip, vinegar, oil and sugar. Mix until smooth. Pour over dry vegetables and mix together. Let stand 1 hour in refrigerator before serving.
