6 qts popped popcorn-set aside

2 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda-after cooking
1 tsp butter flavoring-after cooking

Directions:
Directions:
Pour into pan and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add the soda and butter flavor. Pour over popcorn and mix well. Spread on cookie sheets and place in a 200 degree oven. Bake for 1 hour stirring evenly every 15 minutes. Place in an airtight container when cool to keep it crisp
