2 cups of red or yellow cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
1 pound bocconcini (small fresh mozzarella balls) or four 4-ounce fresh mozzarella balls cut into large chunks.
¼ cup of olive oil
1 tbsp snipped fresh oregano or basil
2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, bocconcini, olive oil, oregano, basil and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
