Ingredients:  
4 to 12 cubed venison steaks
1/2 cup flour seasoned with salt, black pepper celery salt & garlic salt
3/4 medium onion chopped
1/4 c bacon grease or oil
1/3 bell pepper sliced in strips
1 pkg baby carrots
2 cloves garlic minced
2 green onions
1 T worchestershire sauce
1 can beef broth
1 can Italian tomatoes chopped & drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Rub seasoned flour into cubed steak (as much as meat will hold). Heat grease or oil in a dutch oven & brown steak. When steak is browned on one side, turn & toss in chopped onion.When steak is browned, put in remainder of ingredients except for the mushroom soup. Place cover on dutch oven & cook in oven preheated to 275 degrees for 1 hr. Stir in mushroom soup gently & cook for an additional 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. Serve over rice if desired.
