1 c Plain Flour
1 Stick Butter
3/4 c chopped nuts
1 c Powdered Sugar
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 Large Size Continer Cool Whip
3 c Milk
2 pk instant Chocolate Pudding Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Flour, Butter, and 1/2 Chopped Nuts & pack in bottom of 9x 13 Glass Baking Dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Combine Powdered Sugar, Cream Cheese and 1/2 c Cool Whip. Spread over Crust. Combine 2 pkg instant Chocolate Pudding & Milk. Pour over other layers. Top with remaining Cool Whip and Sprinkle with remaining Chopped Nuts. Chill and Serve.
