1 can pineapple chunks
2 cups minature marshmallows
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp flour
1 egg, well beaten
1 1/2 Tbsp white vinegar
1 (8oz) cool whip
4 apples, diced (not peeled)
1 1/2 cups spanish peanuts
Directions:
Directions:
Drain and save juice from pineapple
Layer pineapple chunks over marshmallows then mix together and let set overnight
In saucepan mix pineapple juice, sugar, flour and egg
Then add white vinegar and cook until thick, refrigerate this overnite too
Mix cool whip, apples and spanish peanuts
Mix all together and refrigerate until ready to serve
