1 stick butter
2 cans minced clams (include liquid)
1 small onion, minced
1 small red pepper, minced
2 tbsps. lemon juice
1 tbsp. tabasco
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
grated cheese
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in saute pan. Saute veggies in butter. Add clams, 2 tbsps. lemon juice, 1 tsp. tabasco. Add bread crumbs to desired consistency. Place mixture in shallow baking dish and sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or pita chips for dipping.
