2 lbs. frozen hash browns
3/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1/2 pkg. of dry ranch dressing
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed potato chips
Directions:
Directions:
Defrost hash browns. Combine hash browns with half of butter. Add salt, pepper, onions, soup, sour cream, cheese, and ranch dressing. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Mix rest of butter with potato chips and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
