Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 package yellow cake mix
1/2 cup flaked coconut
2 cans pie filling, sliced apple
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon (more if you like)
1 cup sour cream
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Cut butter into dry cake mix until crumbly. Mix in coconut. Pat mixture into ungreased 13x9x3 oblong pan, building up the edges slightly. Bake 10 minutes. While this is baking, mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. In a separae bowl, mix the sour cream and egg. Arrange the apple slices on the warm crust covering the entire top. Then sprinkle the sugar/cinnamon mixture over the top of the apples. Then drizzle the sour cream/egg mixture over the apples in a lattice design. (The topping will not completely cover the apples). Bake another 25 minutes or until the edges are light brown. Do not overbake.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Peaches or pears can be substituted for the apple pie filling. Or you can also use 2 1/2 cups of sliced pared baking apples.
