1/2 lb Pork, lean boneless
3/4 C Chicken broth
1 T Cornstarch
2 T Soy sauce
2 T Dry Sherry
1/8 t Hot pepper crushed
Spray coating
1 Med Onion, sliced
1 Pk Broccoli, frozen (thawed, well drained)
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1/2 t Ginger root, grated
Cooking oil
1/2 C Water chestnuts, sliced

Partially freeze meat. Thinly slice across grain into bite sized pieces.

Meanwhile, for sauce, stir together chicken broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, dry sherry and red pepper. Set aside.

Spray a wok with nonstick spray, Add onion, broccoli, garlic and ginger; stir fry for 3 minues or until vegetables are crisp - tender. Remove vegetable mixture from wok.

Add oil to hot wok. Add pork and stir fryi for 2 to 3 minutes or till no longer pink. Push pork from cneter of wok.

Stir sauce and add to the center of wok. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.

Return begetables to wok. Add water chestnuts and stir all ingredients together to coat with sauce. Cook and stir for 1 or 2 minutes more until heated through.

Serve with hot rice.
