1/2 C Vegtable stock or water
1/4 C Lemon juice
1 T Corn starch
2 t Apple Juice
2 t Soy sauce
1 t Chili sauce
1 ea Chicken bouillion cube or granules
2 T Oil
1 Lb Chicken, breasts cut in strips
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
4 C mixed Vegtables, green onion, mushrooms
carrots, red pepper, snow peas etc.
2 T Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
For lemon sauce, combine chicken stock, lemon juice, corn starch, apple juice, soy sauce, chilli sauce and chicken flavored bouillion cube in small bowl until smooth, set aside.

Heat oil in wok over medium heat. Cook and stir chicken and garlic until chicken is no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Remove from wok and keep warm.

Add vegtables. Cooka nd stir about 3 minutes or until heated through.

Return chicken to wok, add lemon sauce until sauce is thickened and buibbling. Stir in sugar.

Serve over rice.
