1 c. butter, softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. fresh peaches, peeled & chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp almond extract

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º. Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan and set aside. In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar well, until very light and fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, soda and salt in separate bowl. Mix together sour cream and peaches. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream and peaches, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Beat well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and almond extracts. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 75 to 80 min. or until cake tests done. Cool slightly, remove from pan and cool completely.
